| Preparation | In a dry reaction flask, the styrene precursor compound (2mmol) of methyl piperonyl ethyl epoxypropionate was dissolved in methylene chloride (20mL), and the resulting reaction solution was cooled to 0 ° C. M-chloroperoxybenzoic acid (863mg,5mmol) was slowly added to the mixture, and the resulting reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 15 hours. After the reaction, the mixture was extracted three times with dichloromethane, all organic layers were combined, then the organic layer was washed with 5%NaHCO3 solution and salt water successively, the organic layer was dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the desiccant was removed by filtration. The filtrate obtained was concentrated under vacuum to obtain the target product molecules. |
